I am a nurse and a smoker,(lights one up as she ponders her next line). I think the best thing to get you to quit is a near death experience. Heart attacks come second. The other options are… patches or other nicotine replacement therapy…I have an oral fixation so the gum has helped me quit 3 times now.chuckles The Allan Carr technique also helped me quit once. Hypnotherapy, acupuncture, meditation have helped my friends. Antidepressants can work too. My main hope at the moment is running..I can run 6kms now, and hope to get to a stage where my smoking restricts my level of fitness. Saving for something you really really want and putting your smoking money in an untouchable account and keeping a token of the object you desire within reach or sight, and a copy of your bank statement where you normally have your ashtray.. A dom once told me to visualise a cock in my mouth every time I got the urge but thats not going to help you..Didn’t help me much either, just made me suck harder… No help at all am I really?

Near Death sounds like fun… did the heart attack thing, no fun… Hypnotherapy only works if you are less suggestible than the submissive/hypnotist trying to put you under… Acupuncture doesn’t work, I’m allergic to needles… antidepressants… hm, I don’t think I’m really the guy you want in your house while he’s WIRED… You run, I’ll watch… and the Cock thing might … ewww…. really… ewww… work… ewww… yea, ok, NO!
